These are your tasks

• You develop and maintain SZU's quality and process management with a focus on the Safety Management System (SMS).
• You coach line managers and process owners in creating and further developing processes as well as the associated tools.
• You support the departments on the topic of "Human and Organizational Factors" (HOF).
• You ensure that all requirements for the SMS are correctly and currently represented in the process landscape.
• You model processes at all process levels in the SZU management system Viflow (Editor).
• You coordinate the work related to the renewal of the safety certificate (SiBe) and the safety approval (SiGe).
• You support the line in quality issues in day-to-day business.

These are your key competencies

• You have experience in safety management, risk management, process design, and quality assurance – ideally in the railway environment or a comparable industry.
• You have training on the topic of "Human and Organizational Factors" (HOF) or are willing to further educate yourself in this area.
• You have a professional-methodical additional qualification in these subject areas (e.g., MAS, DAS, or CAS).
• You enjoy continuously furthering your education in the field.
