• Leadership & Development: You lead and develop our consulting team and promote a strength-oriented team culture.
• Recruiting & Onboarding: You identify new talents, are responsible for a smooth onboarding process, and ensure successful integration of new colleagues into the team.
• Project Management with Responsibility: You independently lead demanding client projects – with a focus on quality, time, and budget.
• Ensuring Consulting Quality & Impact: You guarantee excellent results while also paying attention to efficiency and economic success.
• Location Development & Corporate Culture: You actively shape the further development of our location – from culture and competence building to strategic special topics and recruiting.
• Knowledge Management & Best Practices: You establish formats such as lessons learned, internal knowledge platforms, and other tools for sustainable scaling of project experiences.
• Brand Ambassador: You represent UNITY at trade fairs, conferences, and professional networks – strengthening our visibility and positioning in the market.

What you bring

Joy in sharing your consulting expertise with our clients and colleagues * as well as:

• Several years of consulting experience: At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, including at least two years in a leadership role in Switzerland.
• Leadership is your motivation, not your side job: You enjoy developing people and want to continuously develop yourself.
• Solid, cross-sector knowledge in at least 2-3 of our focus industries such as mechanical & plant engineering, trade & logistics, maintenance service providers (MRO), or defence, and current challenges and industry trends.
• Analytical sharpness – you bring complex content structured and precisely to the point.
• Confident handling of management and C-level contacts at the client – from stakeholder management to convincing presentation of results and recommendations (English/German C1 - additional languages desirable).
• An above-average master’s degree with a technical or business focus.
