Your tasks - as versatile as your talent!
- Professional care and monitoring of ventilated or medically complex residents
- Ensuring and operating the latest ventilation devices and monitoring systems
- Early recognition and response to changed clinical conditions
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with medical teams, respiratory therapists and physiotherapists
- Support and advice for relatives in challenging situations
- Active participation in shaping care processes and quality standards
- Professional coaching and support of employees and trainees
Your profile - What you bring with you!
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in intensive care, IMC or ventilation care is an advantage but not a must – we will support you specifically!
- Sound knowledge of ventilation technologies and respiratory physiology or willingness to learn intensively
- Enjoyment of highly complex care situations and an interprofessional environment
- Quick comprehension, decisiveness and resilience
- Empathy and communication skills – for patients as well as their relatives
- An additional specialist certificate for intensive care would be very welcome but is not mandatory
