Your Tasks and Perspectives
- Wound care for patients on an outpatient and inpatient basis
- Assessment and care of complex wound situations in collaboration with the medical service
- Participation in the consultation and training of medical staff
- Contact person for relatives, nursing homes, and home care services
- Contact person for internal staff
What You Bring to This Position
- Training as a certified nurse HF/FH
- Further training as a wound expert or willingness to complete this promptly
- Independent, flexible work and commitment to team-oriented and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Flexible as well as economical thinking and acting are required
- Good IT user skills as well as confident expression and good understanding of German in spoken and written form
