Tasks
- Deputising for the group leader during absence
- Planning, monitoring and implementation of the personnel deployment plan
- Order processing in SAP
- Establishment and active implementation of lean management principles
- Ensuring compliance with specifications (weight, line plans, working hours)
Requirements
- Professional examination as a food technologist advantageous
- Experience in the food industry and ideally in leadership
- Good German skills, spoken and written
- Quick comprehension and interconnected thinking
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
