What is my role?
Our client, an independent Swiss family business producing high-quality plastic packaging for renowned pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and dental product manufacturers at four locations worldwide, is looking for you as Operations Staff / Production. Your tasks include:
Ensuring qualitative and timely tube production
Commissioning and monitoring of production equipment
Setting up and adjusting production equipment
Conducting and recording quality and IPC inspections
Recording and resolving malfunctions
Monitoring the production process and product quality in compliance with guidelines and instructions according to ISO 9001 and applicable safety and hygiene regulations (EKAS/GMP)
What do I need to be successful?
Completed mechanical or technical training (plant operator, mechanical technician, automotive mechanic, or production mechanic)
Experience in operating production equipment and/or many years of experience in a craft profession
Clean, precise, and reliable working method
Willingness to work in a regulated 4-shift system (including night and weekend work)
German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
