Pre-HEG/HES/HEIG Administrative Intern (1-year fixed-term contract) at 100%
Your mission
- Scan various medical documents from our establishment
- Handle various internal and external administrative requests
- Process patient requests for the electronic patient record (DEP/DES)
- Organize the weekly administrative follow-up of medical documentation (discharge letters and operative protocols)
- Keep the recipient database up to date in the Medex software
- Handle phone calls and emails for the service.
Your strengths
- Meet the admission requirements of a HEG/HES or HEIG
- Gymnasium maturity diploma
- Proficiency in common computer software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Interest in the medical field
- Communication skills, dynamism, and commitment
