We are looking for a committed certified nursing professional HF / DN II to actively support our nursing team and help shape outpatient care. Start date immediately or by arrangement.

Certified Nursing Professionals with Office

Your tasks

• Carrying out complex nursing assignments at our clients' homes
• Responsibility in the nursing process including needs assessments
• Participation in nursing-oriented team meetings and case discussions
• Taking on function-related additional tasks (e.g., specialty responsibility)
• Daily responsibility as well as coordination of various processes

Your profile

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF / DN II
• Previous knowledge in palliative care or medical technology is welcome – and if these areas touch your heart, we are especially happy to enable you to take on corresponding specialist responsibilities.
• Enjoyment in working with people and independent activity
• High professional and social competence
• Driver's license category B
