Production Area Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Responsibility for the professional and disciplinary leadership as well as the targeted development of a team of 20 employees

• Organisation and management of all resources including shift planning, holiday coordination and maintenance management

• Ensuring an optimal, uninterrupted and high-quality production operation

• Development, maintenance and communication of work instructions and inspection plans to employees

• Active support of work preparation in all relevant matters

• Participation in and leadership of cross-departmental projects

• Driving innovations and continuous optimisation of production processes

• Operational work in production as needed

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed technical vocational training, for example as a polymechanic or automation technician

• Additional qualification as a process specialist, HF process technician or comparable further training

• Previous leadership experience advantageous or strong motivation to take on leadership responsibility

• Systematic, independent and solution-focused approach combined with entrepreneurial thinking and enthusiasm for challenging tasks

• Solid technical understanding in the area of machines, systems and production processes

• German at native speaker level
