Do you want to apply and further develop your solid basic knowledge in accounting in a dynamic environment? Then you are exactly right with us! We are looking for a motivated, eager-to-learn personality to strengthen our Finance & Accounting team in Aarau as a Junior Accountant.

- Support & internal contact point for requests and incidents (about 40% of your workload)
- Invoicing of standard fees as well as support for the invoicing team in Cyprus
- Ongoing accounting tasks for internal accounting and group companies
- Accounts payable (recording supplier invoices, visa control, creating payment runs, reconciling open item lists)
- Accounts receivable (dunning, posting incoming payments, maintaining dashboard, reconciling open item lists)
- Preparation of statistics & reports (e.g., DLU, SNB, KPI reports)
- Substitution of team members during absences
- Participation in monthly and annual closings
- Special task (support in the introduction of a new ERP system)
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ)
- First practical professional experience in accounting, ideally in the service sector
- Further training in finance & accounting is an advantage
- Good MS Office skills (especially Excel); ABACUS knowledge is a plus
- Confident German and very good English skills in spoken and written form
- Open, communicative, and team-oriented manner
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- High willingness to learn and perform
- Interest in digital processes and participation in change projects
