Service Staff at Restaurant Brunnen (40 – 60%)
Restaurant Brunnen is the meeting place between the Riggisberg Castle Garden and the public. The beautiful garden terrace and the restaurant invite you to linger. Between 60 and 90 lunches are served here daily.
The position is to be filled from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.
You independently manage your own service station including cash handling and support the team. With your friendly and attentive manner, you competently advise and serve our guests. In addition, you accompany and support our employed residents in their daily service work. Adhering to our quality and hygiene standards is a matter of course for you. You complete minor administrative tasks efficiently and carefully.
To ensure our guests are well cared for at weekends, you regularly work on Saturdays and Sundays. In return, you enjoy every other weekend off. Your working days usually end between 16:00 and 18:00. Occasionally, longer shifts may occur during events.Team spirit, a sense of responsibility, as well as a flexible and reliable working style characterise you. You enjoy working independently and have experience in the hospitality industry and/or sales. A respectful, appreciative, and sensitive approach to people with psychological and/or intellectual disabilities is natural for you. With your friendly, open manner and strong customer and service orientation, you create a pleasant atmosphere. In addition, you have very good spoken German skills.
