In this versatile and exciting role, you will support and relieve the operational units in Aarburg as a Receptionist 80% (a).
Your main tasks:
- Reception and care of customers, guests and visitors
- Handling incoming emails and calls
- Receiving and sending letters and parcels
- Invoice processing: VIM control and account assignment
- Processing customer invoices and urgent customer orders and preparing them for dispatch
- Operating the dishwasher and ensuring general order in the office kitchen
- Coordinating orders for consumables
Your profile:
- Completed commercial basic training
- Several years of professional experience in the service sector
- Very good German and English skills, any additional language is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Team player and outgoing personality
