Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing for a Versatile Position
Activities
- Independent setup and operation of our CNC machining centres for the production of serial products
- Operation of the 3D measuring machine
- Inspection of manufactured parts according to drawings and accompanying documents
- Starting and finishing orders according to the principles of self-inspection
- Carrying out maintenance work according to maintenance regulations
- Troubleshooting minor malfunctions of equipment
Requirements
- Completed training as a polymechanic
- Experience in programming and operating CNC lathes, wire and sinker EDM machines as well as CNC milling machines
- Proficient handling of conventional grinding, milling and turning machines
- Knowledge in maintenance and repair of die-casting tools
- Team player, flexible, structured and accustomed to precise work
- Good user knowledge of common CAD and CAM systems (advantageous)
- Additional expertise in the field of die-casting tools is a plus
