Clerk / Mandate Manager in International Fiduciary – Also Suitable for Beginners - 80% - 100% (f, m, d) in Zurich or Zug
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious personality for this unique role where you will manage international clients. In this varied environment, you are very close to your HNWI clients and family offices and have excellent advancement opportunities in a specialized fiduciary environment. - Independent management and coordination of Swiss holding and asset management companies
- Support and advice for international clients with Swiss companies as well as oral and written contact (mostly in English) with mandate-related contacts
- Close cooperation with the internal accounting and tax department as well as coordination of mandate processes
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements (AML, CRS, FATCA)
- Electronic recording, monitoring, and management of client data in our document management system
- Support in internal or client-related projects
- Entrepreneurial thinking, enjoyment of responsibility, and a high team- and service-oriented working style
- A high quality awareness and an above-average commitment that wants to be recognized
- Flair for optimal prioritization and the ability to juggle tasks, not only resilience for it but also enjoyment
- Solid basic knowledge in topics such as corporate management, tax law, and financial accounting in Switzerland
- First experience in fiduciary services or accounting and ideally in international client consulting
- Confident German and very good English skills in spoken and written form
- Completed basic commercial training (preferably in fiduciary), ideally with further education (bachelor's degree or professional diploma)
