Internship Human Resources (for one year) 80 - 100%
The Zurich Public Prosecutor's Office is responsible for prosecuting crimes committed by adults in the Canton of Zurich. It employs around 500 staff in eight offices as well as the Public Prosecutor's Office. The "Personnel and Training" department in the Public Prosecutor's Office is responsible for the entire HR life cycle and the professional support of personnel work in the offices.
As of September 1, 2025, or by agreement, we offer an internship in Human Resources (80-100%, for one year).

Your tasks will include:
- You will participate in projects, e.g., in the expansion of employer marketing and the continuing education offerings or topics of health management
- You will take over the planning of the internal continuing education offerings as well as the organizational support of trainers and participants
- You will contribute to cross-departmental personnel tasks, e.g., in organizing events and workshops or maintaining the HR intranet
- You will support the HR team in other administrative matters
With the following profile, you fit with us:
- At least a bachelor's degree, ideally in the fields of business administration, human resources, or psychology
- Initial professional experience in the HR environment as well as interest in a wide range of tasks from administration to organization to project work
- Drive and joy in learning as well as a quick understanding and high solution orientation
- Open, flexible, and uncomplicated personality with a strong team spirit
