• Conceptualising and developing agentic software solutions - from the first idea to productive deployment
• Building and orchestrating multi-agent systems that independently process complex workflows
• Prototyping and iterating with modern AI frameworks, APIs, and low-code/no-code platforms
• Close collaboration with business consultants to translate use cases into functioning solutions
• Exploring new tools and models - you are an early adopter and test what will be standard tomorrow
• Ensuring quality, governance, and traceability in AI-supported applications

This is what you bring

• A university degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience
• Solid knowledge of Python and JavaScript, with GitHub and CI/CD as a plus
• At least 2 years of practical development experience - preferably cloud-native or AI-supported
• Enthusiasm and initial experience with agentic AI, LLM integrations, prompt engineering, or AI orchestration
• Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (ideally Microsoft Azure, OpenAI, Microsoft 365, Power Platform)
• The decisive factor: ambition and joy in experimenting with AI tools, failing, learning, and moving forward
• You speak fluent German and English
