What is my role?

• Accounts payable: Processing and recording incoming invoices including payments

• Accounts receivable: Payment receipts and dunning

• Financial accounting: Managing accounts for various clients and loan overviews, posting payroll payments

• Payroll accounting: Recording master data, absence management, payroll and expense accounting, checking vehicle damage cases

• Cash register: Control including postings

• Credit card statements: Control including postings

• Closings: Assisting in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements

• Training: Co-supervision, training and promotion of commercial apprentices

• Teamwork on site

What do I need to be successful?

• Apprenticeship qualification Commercial Clerk EFZ

• Several years of professional experience with personal responsibility in a similar area of work

• Sound, analytical knowledge of accounting contexts

• Planned, structured way of working

• Purposeful and quality-oriented approach

• Sense of responsibility and independence

• Resilient, flexible, reliable and loyal

• Further training in finance is an advantage

• Positive attitude towards sustainability
