Redefine HR and create impact where it matters

You want to think HR strategically while staying close to the business? At BKW Building Solutions, you shape the HR future for around 4,200 employees and create sustainable added value together with the management.

Your scope of influence

• Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational HR area of BKW Building Solutions with locations in Ostermundigen and Urdorf as well as regular presence in Bulle
• Development and implementation of a future-oriented HR roadmap, aligned with the requirements of the Business Area and the group-wide HR strategy
• Responsibility for the further development of the HR focus areas of administration, payroll, and strategic learning & development to sustainably strengthen the proximity to the approximately 40 affiliated and largely independently managed companies
• Strategic advice to the management as well as active participation in transformations, reorganisations, and the further development of corporate culture
• Leadership of the HR team and promotion of an HR organisation that reaches and supports different professional groups – especially employees in commercial-technical functions – in a target group-oriented manner

Your strengths

• Completed studies in business administration, psychology, or a comparable field with a focus on human resources management
• Several years of experience in a senior HR role with responsibility for strategic HR topics and their successful implementation
• Practical experience in building or further developing modern HR organisations as well as in designing HR business partnering and service-oriented HR services
• Experience in learning & development and a good understanding of different target groups and decentralised organisational structures
• Sound knowledge of labour law and confident handling of HR systems and digital tools
• Very good German and good French skills as well as enjoyment in providing guidance as a visionary personality and driving change together with the business
