Your responsibilities
- You manage the RFP and BID processes and develop offers as well as convincing business concepts, customer value-oriented
- You analyze tenders and business briefings to translate customer needs into tailor-made and high-impact proposals
- You develop relevant content in close collaboration with internal teams and adapt it to C-Level decision makers
- You use storytelling to make complex content clear, understandable, and persuasive
- You format texts and visuals using InDesign, ensure brand identity compliance, and coordinate external partners within deadlines
- You collaborate with the Swiss HQ marketing and manage LinkedIn and Instagram social networks for French-speaking Switzerland (F-CH)
Your profile
- You have a commercial education or equivalent, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree or higher education in marketing, sales, communication, management, or hospitality
- You have experience in marketing or sales support and adopt a customer and market-oriented approach
- You possess excellent writing skills as well as a strong creative and visual sense
- You work independently, in a structured manner, and keep calm in a dynamic environment
- You master MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and ideally Adobe InDesign as well as AI tools for content creation
- French is your native language, you have very good knowledge of English, German is an asset
