- Timely and audit-proof coding of all specialties for inpatient treatments according to the applicable coding rules (BfS guidelines, SwissDRG)
- Support in the continuous improvement of documentation and coding quality and the interfaces to hospital operations
- Assistance in handling health insurance rejections
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
Bring
- Solid experience in medical coding, the DRG system with ICD 10 and CHOP as well as billing and treatment processes in the hospital
- Training as a doctor or nurse with additional training (e.g. ICU, anesthesia, OR, emergency), ideally with a federal certificate of competence
- Structured, independent, and careful working style with a high sense of responsibility
- Confident handling of digital tools and MS Office
