Health Assistant EBA or Care Assistant SRK 60-100%
What you achieve
In one of the residential areas of our house, you will independently take on these tasks:
- Professional and individual basic care and support of residents based on the conceptual foundation of the model of promotive process care and the specified care planning
- Support of nursing and assistant staff in implementing nursing and care measures while adhering to the criteria of the care process
- Supportive work in hotel services (cleaning tasks, meal service, etc.)
- Careful and complete maintenance of care documentation
What distinguishes you
- Completed training as a Care Assistant SRK or Health Assistant EBA
- Experience in long-term care and working with elderly people
- Knowledge of the CareCoach software (care documentation) is an advantage
- Empathetic and resilient personality with a high level of commitment
- Good written and spoken German skills
