Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe) Late Shift
Late shift with maximum flexibility
Do you mainly want to work in the evening? Then you are exactly right with us!
- Deployment exclusively in the late shift from 5:00 pm
- We design the workload and working hours together – flexibly and individually according to your needs.

Your tasks
- Care with heart and competence – You care for and support our clients individually, resource-oriented and with a lot of empathy. In doing so, you help them to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
- Co-design of the care process – Together with the case-leading nursing professional, you plan, coordinate and implement the necessary care measures and actively contribute to high-quality care.
- Professional medical-technical procedures – You carry out medical-technical measures professionally, safely and according to current quality standards.
- Independent working – You organise your assignments independently and keep an overview even in a varied working day.
- Collaboration on equal terms – You work closely with your team and other professionals and contribute to an open, appreciative and solution-oriented collaboration.
You bring with you
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Enjoyment of outpatient care as well as daily contact with clients and their relatives
- A responsible, independent and reliable way of working
- Team spirit, empathy and a positive attitude
- Good digital skills; experience with Perigon is an advantage
- Driving licence category B; own vehicle is an advantage
