Role:
In this role, you lead a team in the fiduciary department as a specialist department head and significantly shape the fiduciary support of demanding clients. You take responsibility for comprehensive, competent and practice-oriented advice throughout the entire business lifecycle. You ensure that fiduciary mandates are handled efficiently, with high quality and customer orientation. You develop processes and services in the fiduciary area further, bringing in your many years of experience. In addition, you contribute to the professional and personal development of your team and act as the central contact person for complex issues.
Responsibilities:
- As the fiduciary department head, you lead your team both professionally and personally.
- You advise and support national and international SME clients in financial, accounting and tax matters.
- In this role, you review your team’s work results and ensure high quality.
- You manage your own client portfolio and maintain long-term client relationships.
- As fiduciary department head, you develop mandates further and actively work the market.
- You lead special projects and drive their successful implementation forward.
Qualifications:
- You hold an expert diploma in fiduciary/accounting & controlling and have good English skills.
- Several years of experience as a team leader with a cooperative leadership style and strong team orientation distinguish you.
- You act entrepreneurially, present yourself confidently and convince with your high service mentality.
- A strong customer orientation and a high quality standard are natural for you.
- You gladly take on responsibility and act reliably and conscientiously.
- Even in demanding situations, you remain straightforward, resilient and service-oriented.
