Your tasks:
- Independently perform inspection tasks
- Manage maintenance and servicing activities
- Handle various requests, troubleshooting, and small interventions (Cleaning, green spaces...)
- Process daily work reports, delivery notes, and order tickets
- Monitor and accompany work carried out by contracted companies
- Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for various sectors
- Administrative tasks (maintenance planning)
- Manage small repair projects
- Participate in on-call service
Your profile:
- Holder of a CFC as an operations agent or an equivalent recognized qualification mandatory
- Good knowledge of HVAC and electricity
- Several years of experience in a similar position
- Proven experience in administrative and technical management of small construction sites
- Mastery of French (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of English (an asset)
- Driver's license (mandatory)
- On-call service mandatory
- Strong service orientation, autonomy, and professionalism
- Ease in contacts, strong customer orientation, and friendliness
- Cleaning CCT
