Role Objective:

In this position, you develop and optimise innovative closure solutions and injection moulding tools for international customer projects. You accompany development projects from the initial idea through design to successful implementation and ensure that technical, scheduling and quality requirements are met. In doing so, you work closely with internal specialist departments and actively contribute your expertise to the further development of future-oriented products.

Your Tasks:

• Conceptualisation and design of closure solutions, injection moulds as well as associated components and assemblies
• Creation of draft and detailed drawings, parts lists, layouts and technical documentationManagement of product development projects in the area of prototype moulds
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of projects with regard to quality, costs and deadlines
• Analysis of technical problems as well as development and implementation of suitable solutions
• Collaboration in the development and evaluation of injection mould concepts and quotations
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments to solve technical challenges

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a designer, production or polymechanic with further training as a machine technician HF or mechanical engineer
• Experience in the design of injection moulding tools and in handling 3D CAD systems
• Knowledge of plastics processing or injection moulding technology
• Experience in project management and coordination of technical projects
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and confident appearance at different hierarchical levels
