What is my role?

As a property manager, you independently manage a mixed portfolio of mandates (approx. 60% condominium ownership and 40% rental) with all tasks related to property management:

• Budgeting and financial planning

• Conducting and leading condominium owners' meetings

• Supervising structural renovation and maintenance work

• Administrative and technical management tasks in the areas of rental, condominium ownership and commercial properties

• Strategic involvement in the further development of the mandates

• An assistant and accounting staff support you in this

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a property manager with a federal diploma

• Several years of professional experience in property management

• Condominium ownership expert with excellent specialist knowledge

• Business management understanding

• Good sense of responsibility and high self-responsibility

• Dynamic and flexible working style
