We are looking for a
Customer Success Manager 100% (m/f/d) Zurich ZH
Your area of responsibility
- Support and further development of existing customers with a focus on long-term partnerships as well as active communication with our customers and their decision-makers on site
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer journey
- Identification of up- and cross-selling potentials in close cooperation with the sales team
- Analysis of customer needs and derivation of concrete measures to optimise services
- Coordination and alignment between customers, operations and internal departments
- Creation and evaluation of reports as well as presentation of relevant key figures
Your profile
- Experience in customer success, key account management or sales environment
- Ideally, you have experience and expertise from the culinary, gastronomy or hotel industry
- Strong understanding of customer needs and commercial contexts
- Strong communication skills in fluent German and very good English as well as confident appearance towards internal and external stakeholders
- Structured and independent working style
- Affinity for numbers and experience in dealing with KPIs
- Enjoyment of regular customer contact and interest in demanding customer relationships
You will work in a committed and friendly team in our beautiful and modern service centre in Kloten, directly at our customers’ sites or in the home office.
