Head Nurse in Nursing, 80-100% (m/f/d)

tasks

• you are responsible for the organisational, personnel, and professional management of the ward
• in doing so, you support, promote, and challenge the employees
• you also create duty rosters and actively participate in various projects
• the workload can, depending on your preference, range between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have completed training as a qualified nurse (diploma level / higher education)
• you also bring experience in psychiatry and have already gained leadership experience
• if you have completed additional training in management or leadership, this is an advantage but not a requirement
• are you also a reliable, well-organised, and empathetic nursing management personality?
