Operator in the Packaging Sector 50-60%

The role of the packaging operator is to correctly package the printed papers into envelopes using enveloping systems. Various papers, paper sizes, envelopes, envelope formats, and inserts are used. The goal is to complete each packaging order on time and with the correct quality according to the production order.

• Setting up materials and machines
• Packaging using the systems in C5 and C4
• Ensuring all envelopes are properly sealed
• Conducting random checks according to the supervisor's instructions
• Meeting deadlines as specified by the supervisor
• Reporting defects and quality issues
• Minimising waste
• Updating the production order for subsequent processes and billing
• Adhering to safety-related requirements regarding work and data security

• Manual dexterity and experience in a production environment are advantageous
• Precise and focused working style, even with repetitive, sometimes monotonous tasks
• Resilience even in hectic situations
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Flexibility regarding working days
• Excellent character reference (criminal record)
