We are looking for a
Shift Supervisor Gastronomy / Coffee Kitchens 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- You support your supervisors in leading the coffee kitchen (Micro Kitchen) team (training / team meetings / deployment planning)
- Regular checks and ensuring smooth operations in the coffee kitchens (Micro Kitchen) are part of your duties
- You enjoy training new employees and like to share your knowledge
- Compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards is a matter of course for you
- You actively support the daily service processes (holiday and sick leave cover)
- Flexibility is not a foreign word to you and you are willing to work at different locations as well as early / late shifts
Your profile
- Ideally, you have initial professional experience in gastronomy or a service profession, e.g. as a service employee or in sales
- You have a team-oriented and efficient working style with the highest standards of quality
- You are a positive and service-oriented personality with high social competence and a winning appearance, and enjoy working independently
- Good German and English skills (spoken and written) are required for optimal communication
