Craftsman in Property Maintenance (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You will handle everything that arises in the company-owned properties
• Additionally, you will carry out conversion work and act as a versatile craftsman
• You will repair and maintain the properties

• Depending on experience, you will also perform plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work

Requirements

• You have completed training as a bricklayer, carpenter, joiner, tiler, plumber, or equivalent (m/f/d)
• It is important that you are a versatile craftsman who seeks and finds solutions
• A category B driving licence is also required
• Do you consider yourself self-reliant, efficient, precise, and quality-conscious?
