Construction Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• ? Responsibility for the structured management of exciting construction projects in the areas of residential construction, industry, commercial as well as conversions, including control of budget, schedule and quality standards in general contractor, total contractor or architect contracts

• Coordination and control of collaboration between planning offices and executing companies

• On-site construction management with proactive direction of all construction measures

• Conducting tendering procedures, awarding processes as well as administration of project-related accounting

• ?? Creation and control of construction schedules as well as monitoring of construction processes

• Acceptance of completed objects and support during the commissioning phase

• Participation in or full assumption of project management tasks according to requirements

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a federally certified construction manager, civil engineering technician HF or draughtsman EFZ architecture with solid experience in construction management

• Strong understanding of construction plans and conscious handling of project budgets

• Sound knowledge of SIA standards as well as relevant legal regulations and provisions

• Proficient use of common IT applications

• High reliability, strong sense of responsibility and resilience in everyday project work

• Team-oriented working style and enjoyment in collaborating with various project participants
