Overview
As a Plant Efficiency Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing operational efficiency and financial performance within the Coca-Cola HBC - Bankia production center. Your primary responsibilities will involve analyzing key business indicators (KBIs), managing cost center budgets, and providing actionable insights that drive continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with plant management to deliver high-impact reports, support decision-making, and enhance overall plant productivity.
Key Performance Objectives (KPOs)
1. Optimize Plant Performance Metrics
Within the first 90 days, establish a structured system for monitoring and analyzing key business indicators (KBIs) related to production efficiency, waste reduction, and cost savings. Work with automated dashboards and data visualization tools to provide performance tracking. By the end of the first year, identify and implement process improvements that result in at least a 5% reduction in production inefficiencies.
2. Lead Cost Center Budgeting and Financial Analysis
By the end of the first six months, take full ownership of cost center budgeting for the production plant. Prepare monthly financial variance reports, highlighting deviations from the business plan and recommending cost-optimization strategies. Assist plant leadership in achieving budgetary targets within ±2% variance through proactive financial planning and cost control initiatives.
3. Drive Data-Driven Decision Making for Management
Support plant leadership with data-based insights by preparing high-quality PowerPoint presentations and reports for strategic meetings, quarterly reviews, and executive visits. Ensure that all presentations incorporate detailed financial analyses, KPI trends, and process efficiency recommendations. By the end of the first year, enhance leadership decision-making through improved data accuracy and timeliness, reducing reporting cycle time by at least 20%.
4. Streamline Reporting & Documentation Processes
Establish an organized and systematic approach for filing and managing all official plant correspondence, financial reports, and performance analyses. Develop a document control system that ensures 100% compliance with corporate reporting standards.
5. Enhance Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a liaison between the finance and operations teams to align production performance with financial targets. Organize and coordinate plant visits, stakeholder meetings, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions. Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments, resulting in at least one major cross-functional improvement initiative per quarter.
