Your Tasks
- Comprehensive care and support for children and adolescents with a mental illness or in life crises
- Leading group offerings
- Implementation of contemporary nursing based on the latest findings
- Sharing responsibility with the supervising ward management and the main responsible trainer for achieving the professional, personnel, educational, and economic goals of the ward
- Supporting nursing management in initiating and shaping change processes
- Steering professional development at the ward level in coordination with line supervisors, as well as targeted knowledge transfer within the team
- Consultation on professional questions and implementation of specialist tasks
- Regular participation in specialist committees
Your Profile
- Diploma recognized by the SRK as a certified nurse HF or FH with several years of experience in child and adolescent psychiatry
- Professional competence at CAS level or proof of further specialist training or willingness to complete corresponding specialist training
- Organizational talent, leadership skills, and completed internal leadership course (or willingness to complete it)
- Willingness and ability to work closely and share responsibility between nursing management, main responsible trainer, and specialist responsibility
- Teamwork skills and willingness for interprofessional collaboration
- Open and reflective attitude
- Experience in leading groups (skills/mindfulness group according to DBT)
