As a Sellcruiter (m/f/d) at Risem, you will be responsible for the pre-qualification of applicant leads and be the right hand of our clients' recruiters.
Tasks:
You contact applicants who have responded to our campaigns and conduct initial phone interviews in German and French.
You assess the suitability of applicants based on predefined criteria and forward qualified leads to our clients.
You document your conversations systematically in our CRM system.
You work closely with internal project managers and clients to ensure the best possible candidate experience.
You are the first point of contact for applicant questions regarding the application process.

You speak fluent German and French
You bring communication skills and joy in making phone calls.

You speak German at a native level.
