What awaits you You take over the professional support and processing by telephone, e-mail and messaging service for customer enquiries In addition to customer support, you create various documents and answer first level support service requests Answering first level support enquiries regarding the myaxa customer portal Versatile telephone and written contacts with our sales team You are responsible for mutations of customer and contract data What you bring Experience in health insurance is an advantage / career starters also possible You are linguistically talented.
