For the geriatric rehabilitation and transitional care ward with 27 beds, we are immediately seeking a qualified Registered Nurse HF.

What awaits you

• Care and support of our patients and their environment according to defined quality criteria / guidelines / standards
• Planning, management and evaluation of all partial steps in the nursing process from admission to discharge
• Responsibility for professional communication with patients and interprofessional services
• Co-responsibility for the training of "Health Specialist EFZ" and "Registered Nurse HF" apprentices
• Managing a sector with an assigned patient group

What you bring to us

• Completed training as a qualified Registered Nurse HF/FH or a foreign diploma recognised by the SRK
• Do you have experience in rehabilitation? Perfect - this competence is highly valued by us
• Several years of professional experience in Switzerland, especially regarding the nursing process, are an advantage
• A strong sense of responsibility
