What to expect  
You are involved in the realization of architecturally demanding construction projects and contribute to the successful implementation of diverse uses with the following tasks:  

• Preparation of tender and construction programs 
• Preparation of specifications for private and public buildings 
• Ensuring local construction management 
• Quality, invoice, and cost control 
• Management of the commissioning of objects 
• Assistance with final accounting 
• Coordination of warranty work 

What we expect from you 

• Completed basic and specialized training in construction (certified construction manager HF or technician TS)  
• Several years of professional experience in construction management and/or cost estimation is an advantage 
• Enthusiasm for exciting projects and motivation for active participation 
• Networked and structured thinking, appropriate expression, teamwork, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness 
• Confident handling of MS Office, ideally also Messerli or REALVIEW knowledge
