What awaits you Professional expertise in individual life insurance, targeted empowerment of pension advisors, and quality assurance within the general agency Passionate commitment to customers and AXA Needs-oriented and demand-driven advice as a specialist in the field of individual life insurance (pension & wealth: planning 50+ including retirement planning) Continuous maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships Acquisition of new customers and maintenance of your external network Mediation of further products (non-life) of AXA or services in the area of power of attorney for pension and succession arrangements to external AXA partners What you bring Completed vocational training and professional experience in the pension and financial sector with active registration in the industry register (mandatory) Further training as a financial advisor successfully completed, financial planner is an advantage Strong affinity for financial and pension products Pronounced methodological and didactic skills (e.g. for coaching and empowering employees at the general agency, structuring consultations and conveying complex content) Local anchoring in the region desired Convincing appearance and good articulation skills Winning and resilient personality combined with a high customer and service orientation High independence and flexibility Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage Enjoyment of modern and contemporary digital tools What we offer you We create conditions that give you space to develop and fully exploit your potential.
