- General administrative tasks
- Processing of billing (incoming and outgoing as well as transport)
- Operation of the vehicle scale and the cash register
- Railway wagon disposition in CIS-Online
- Registration and billing SENS/SWICO
- Cash register accounting
- Telephone inquiries
- Compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations
- Participation in continuous improvement through error analysis and suggestions for optimization
- Assumption of decision-making responsibility
- Commercial basic training or professional experience in the commercial sector
- Friendly and professional interaction with customers, employees, and superiors
- Ability to work concentrated and efficiently even in stressful situations
- Good knowledge of IT tools
- Very good French and German language skills, both spoken and written
