Deputy Nursery Manager – Paudex
Your missions:
Support the management in the daily operation of the nursery and in implementing the institution's project.
Participate in the coordination and supervision of the educational team: organization, support, internal communication.
Ensure the quality of care, safety, and well-being of the children, while respecting the educational project and current standards.
Ensure, in collaboration with management, administrative and HR follow-up (schedules, replacements, integrations, communication with the administrative center).
Contribute to a good team climate by promoting cohesion, motivation, and information flow.
Be a trusted link between management, the team, and families.
Profile sought:
Degree in early childhood (child educator, social work, or recognized equivalent).
Proven experience in a supervisory or coordination role in an early childhood care structure.
Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and rigor in work organization.
Recognized interpersonal skills, ability to unite and work as a team.
Proficiency in common computer tools.
Fluent French, any other language is an asset.
