tasks

• you care for and support the residents holistically, professionally, and individually
• in doing so, you adhere to the institution's guidelines and contribute optimisation suggestions
• you also take on the written and oral reporting
• as the day-responsible specialist, you organise and coordinate the tasks that arise
• furthermore, you perform treatment nursing and medical-technical activities
• participation in the supervision of trainees as well as in development processes rounds off your demanding area of responsibility
• you work in the day shift (early, late, and split shifts), which ends by 9:00 pm at the latest
• the workload can be between 50% and 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• you have training as a healthcare specialist
• for foreign qualifications, SRK recognition is required
• professional experience in long-term care is an advantage but not a prerequisite
• do you consider yourself socially competent, a team player, and appreciative?
