Your tasks
- Support residents in their daily lives and their personal competence development
- Design and implementation of the internal daily structure
- Planning and execution of leisure activities
Your profile
- Completed training as a specialist caregiver or as a
health specialist, nursing specialist DN 1 or equivalent - Experience working with people with a mental impairment
- Flexibility and ability to empathetically respond to constantly changing situations and personalities
