To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed
Head of Event Technology and Accompaniment (60-80%)
The cultural and congress center Bärenmatte in Suhr has various rooms for
events with 30 to 800 people. Concerts, congresses, exhibitions,
general meetings, banquets, theater, etc. take place here. Thanks to its central location, modern
stage, lighting, and sound technology, and professional customer support, it plays a central role in the event sector on a regional level.
Your tasks:
Technical support and advice for customers
Event planning, coordination, and event accompaniment
Staff deployment planning
Setup and dismantling of lighting, sound, multimedia, and stage technology
Monitoring and controlling lighting, sound, and multimedia technology during events
Locating and resolving technical issues
Creating event-related concepts
Ensuring safety at events
Maintaining stage, lighting, and sound technology
Coordination with internal departments, external partners, and service providers
Your profile:
Completed training in event technology, event management, or comparable qualification
Experience in event accompaniment, setting up and operating
event technology
Customer-oriented, resilient, and a team player
Organizational and improvisational skills
Confident appearance and verbal fluency
Willingness to work short-term and irregular shifts
(night/weekend)
High sense of responsibility and pronounced service orientation
