The Küsnacht school is a development-oriented primary school. It includes four primary school units, the secondary school center, and the Tempus (preparatory year for vocational training).
For the co-principalship of the village school unit with three kindergartens, thirteen primary classes, around 300 students, and about 30 teachers, we are looking for someone starting August 1, 2025, or by agreement.

Your tasks
- Personnel, pedagogical, and administrative leadership of the village school unit within the framework of co-principalship
- Participation in various school committees of the municipality
- Quality assurance and school development, active involvement in projects
- Regular exchange with the parents' council, the school board, and the school leadership team
What you bring
- Completed training as a school principal, pedagogical basic training, and several years of teaching experience are desired
- Leadership skills and experience as well as organizational talent
- Committed and responsible personality
- High social and presentation skills as well as communication strength
