Tasks

• Co-responsibility for leading a children’s group with 12 places including planning and co-design of the daycare centre operations
• Individual and age-appropriate support and promotion of the assigned children
• Maintaining the portfolio for each child and conducting parent meetings
• Carrying out general housekeeping tasks according to the daily and weekly schedule
• Supervising trainees

Profile

• Childcare Specialist EFZ
• Professional experience in a daycare centre is an advantage
• Trainer course or willingness to attend it
• High sense of responsibility and duty, flexibility and adaptability
• Empathetic, open and positive personality
