The Echaud Foundation is a socio-educational institution that welcomes 80 adults with multiple disabilities or medically recognized severe cerebral palsy, often also presenting various additional disorders and deficiencies. For our Sous-Bois apartment located in Yverdon-les-Bains, where a special emphasis is placed on social integration, we are looking from July 1, 2026, for a:

• Work within an educational team composed of people from different training backgrounds.
• Support four beneficiaries individually and collectively on a daily basis, including weekends on a rotating schedule, to provide them comfort and quality of life.
• Provide delegated medico-technical care related to the level of training, under the responsibility of a nurse.
• Participate in the preparation and realization of meals, shopping, and daily life tasks.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team for the development and monitoring of beneficiaries' educational projects and therapeutic programs.
• Organize leisure activities, outings, camps, and outdoor activities with the beneficiaries.
• Participate in educational conferences including intersectoral networks.
• Collaborate with families, legal representatives, and various specialists.
• Manage administrative tasks related to beneficiaries and the educational team.

The Profile:

• ES or HES diploma in social education with a commitment to enriching beneficiary support through diversity and complementary backgrounds.
• Interest in multiple disabilities, hygiene, and comfort care.
• Ease in teamwork, organization, reliability, and autonomy.
• Good computer skills.
• Driver's license is a plus.
