Head of Finance & Controlling 90-100%

What you will achieve

The Head of Finance reports directly to the Managing Director of Bakels Nutribake AG and will in the future be a member of the management team. Together with your team, you will ensure the following tasks in everyday business, among others:

• Responsibility for financial management and the financial control of the company including financial accounting (OR), production controlling and reporting.
• Sparring partner for the Managing Director for all commercial and financial issues, including further development of the strategy and identification of efficiency improvements and savings potentials.
• Personnel and professional leadership of the finance team (2 people) and the head of HR/IT.
• Ensuring timely reporting to the holding company according to the Group Financial Manual and the requirements of Swiss GAAP FER.
• Responsibility for the budgeting process and variance analysis to the budget.
• Leading and participating in projects (building operational accounting/standard costs, further development of existing processes especially in controlling and production) as well as occasional projects together with the holding company.
• Coordination of audits in the finance area.
• Control of investment proposals including amortization calculations and post-investment reviews.

Your ideal profile

• Solid education in financial management (e.g. business economist FH/HF, federally certified expert R&C, MAS Controlling)
• Preferably several years of experience in business controlling of an international industrial company
• Experience in production controlling is mandatory
• Hands-on and solution-oriented
• Strong communication skills and strong personality
• Very good English skills (spoken and written), the corporate language is English.
