What is my role?

• Control and monitoring of production plants for the manufacture of semi-finished and finished products

• Production of pre-assembled roofing membranes for the underlay according to the production plan

• Carrying out standardised cleaning and maintenance work

• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the production environment

• Active participation in the optimisation of processes and plants

• Contributing improvement ideas to increase productivity

• Supporting product and process development as well as maintenance

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training as a plant operator, mechanic, electrician or craft training or many years of professional experience

• Manual dexterity and quick comprehension

• Teamwork, independence and flexibility for 2-shift operation
