Your main tasks
- You assist with the professional care and support of our residents
- You support the residents in their daily routines
- You carry out domestic and logistical tasks and participate in handovers
- You document your activities in the care records
Your profile
- Completed compulsory schooling
- Joy, patience and empathy in dealing with elderly and care-dependent people
- Team spirit, quick comprehension and impeccable manners
- Willingness to work shifts (day/evening shifts as well as weekends and public holidays)
- Good German language skills, spoken and written (at least certificate level B2)
- Good physical fitness and resilience
